Ensuring a Secure & Supportive Exam Experience

All Aspeq invigilators undergo strict recruitment and comprehensive training before they supervise any exam. This includes learning our detailed protocols, understanding exam security measures, and mastering our digital exam systems. Invigilators manage the crucial tasks of logging candidates into laptops, verifying their identity, and ensuring they are sitting the correct exam. Proof of identification is required on arrival to safeguard against impersonation or fraud.

Our invigilators understand the pressures that candidates and students face, having invested considerable time and resources into their preparations. One of their goals is to provide a reassuring presence that helps candidates feel at ease, allowing them to focus on performing their best during the exam.

Keeping Exams Fair & Secure

Before the exam begins, invigilators brief candidates on the code of conduct and exam protocols, ensuring they are aware of the rules they must follow during the test. Throughout the exam, invigilators remain vigilant, monitoring for any suspicious behaviour. They are specifically trained to identify and address such activity, ensuring a fair testing environment. If any irregularities arise, invigilators promptly report them to Aspeq for further investigation.

Our invigilators play a vital role in maintaining trust and fairness in the exam process, ensuring candidates can focus on their performance with the confidence that strict security measures are in place.

"The most rewarding aspect of this job is the pure delight on the faces of the candidates who pass with better-than-expected results. From the time they walk into the venue as a nervous first-time candidate, you work with them to calm their nerves, de-stress, and be positive about the outcome they will get. No matter what the score, there are always positives to hang on to for the next exam. This builds a bond between you for future exams and builds stepping stones in their confidence when they walk into the room and see you there."
