Sally Morrison, Aspeq’s Head of Client Services, brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the public sector and governance. Known for her strategic insight and commitment to community service, Sally has led major national programmes, including the response to the Public Inquiry into the Earthquake Commission and the development of MBIE’s COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. She has also held senior roles at MBIE, including Chief Advisor to the Chief Executive, overseeing multi-billion-dollar operations.

Ramesh Ganesan, Aspeq’s Relationship Manager, has built a successful career connecting innovative technologies with new markets. With expertise in the government, education, and technology sectors, Ramesh focuses on expanding Aspeq’s world-class examination services.
In New Zealand, Ramesh continued his career in management systems and economic development, eventually moving into central government where he built international partnerships for the Ministry of Science and Innovation. He later became Manager of Strategic Partnerships at ESR, contributing to significant public health initiatives.
At Aspeq, Ramesh is excited to grow partnerships, particularly in government and education, bringing Aspeq’s expertise to new sectors globally.

With nearly a decade of experience in highly regulated sectors, Brenton joined Aspeq in 2023 to lead business development from their Canberra office.
His focuses is on expanding Aspeq’s footprint in sectors like education and government, leveraging the company’s deep understanding of regulatory environments.

Shani recently joined the New Zealand CAA delegation at the Asia-Pacific DGCA Conference, building valuable connections with aviation leaders. Her goal is to become the trusted advisor for aviation regulators globally, ensuring Aspeq continues to deliver innovative and effective examination services.

We are excited to introduce Paul Kearney as Aspeq’s new Deputy Aviation Manager. With over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry, including a significant tenure as Chief Flight Instructor at Massey University’s School of Aviation, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to Aspeq.
In his new role, Paul will work closely with Aviation Manager Gordon Alexander to oversee our expert team of flight examiners. A passionate advocate for high standards, Paul is committed to upholding the rigorous requirements set by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and ensuring aviation safety remains paramount.
