We wish to advise that Bruce Heesterman, Aspeq’s CEO for the last 11 years, has resigned and will be finishing with the company on 26th January 2022.
Aspeq wish Bruce all the best for the future and thank him for the many years of loyal, strong leadership which undoubtedly helped to see the company continue to grow globally and internally as well.
We are pleased to advise that our Board has recruited a new CEO, Hamish Findlay, who will start with Aspeq on 28th March 2022.
Hamish has extensive senior leadership experience globally commercialising clever New Zealand intellectual property. He is currently a General Manager with Wellington UniVentures, part of Victoria University, and also has a background with Environmental Science and Research (ESR).
We believe that Hamish is great fit for our culture and the business going forwards and look forward to him starting with us.
In the interim, Director Business Development Mike Lynskey will be acting CEO.
